3. What can I do to help my child?
Early interventions in feeding, speech and language are the immediate and most successful ways to help your child. Let's get started! Please contact Victoria to arrange a private consultation.

4. Why should I choose in-home speech therapy for my child?
Victoria offers a one-on-one caseload. Your child will profit from clinical work within a natural home environment. Another benefit comes from the immediate consultation between therapist and parent or caregiver as session work occurs.

5. If my child is getting language therapy in school, can he/she also receive speech therapy at home?
Absolutely. Private speech therapy will serve to augment therapy provided in the school while also addressing issues and concerns that might fall outside of "curriculum based" therapy.

6. What certifications do you have?
Victoria has a Bachelor of Science in Speech, Communication and Hearing Sciences; a Master of Science in Speech–Language Pathology; and a Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association. She is licensed to practice by the State of Massachusetts.

7. Does my child need a PCP referral?
If you choose to go through your healthcare insurance, your plan may require a physician's referral.

8. What will my child do during therapy sessions?
Your child will have FUN! Your child will also learn through playing, doing crafts and practicing new skills.

9. Does it hurt?
Absolutely not! Along with newfound breadth of language and speaking abilities, or adventurous feeding skills, your child will gain confidence, maturity, language clarity and facility of speech–affording an age-appropriate skill set.

10. How do I organize in-home therapy?
Each child's needs are different. Please contact Victoria to discuss customized options to meet your child's speech, language, or feeding therapy needs.
